Police have received a judge’s permission to identify two youth suspects in the death of eight-year-old JahVai Roy last month.Â
Ibrahim Ibrahim, a 17, from º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøand Amarii Lindner, 18, also from Toronto, are both wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder. Lindner was 17 years old at the time of the incident.Â

Police were previously unable to identify them under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.Â

A third person, a 16-year-old from Toronto, was previously identified by police and arrested on Sept. 5. He appeared in an Ontario Court of Justice youth court the next day, facing six charges, including first-degree murder and possession of a gun.Â

A bullet entered the window of the family’s second-floor unit and struck JahVai while he was in his bed, at his mother’s side. He died in hospital.Â
