Police looking for two teen suspects in death of eight-year-old JahVai Roy

JahVai was killed by a stray bullet when shots were fired outside of the Roy family home.

Eight-year-old JahVai Roy was killed by a stray bullet when shots were fired outside of the Roy family home on Martha Eaton Way, in Toronto’s Black Creek neighbourhood, around 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 16. 


Police have received a judge’s permission to identify two youth suspects in the death of eight-year-old JahVai Roy last month. 

Ibrahim Ibrahim, a 17, from º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøand Amarii Lindner, 18, also from Toronto, are both wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder. Lindner was 17 years old at the time of the incident.
