The Marathon expects more than 3,500 runners to race in a downhill course that starts on Yonge Street just north of Sheppard Avenue, and finishes
While there are no planned subway closures this weekend, TTC customers should prepare for service changes on bus and streetcar routes spanning much of the city, .
More than 30 routes will be diverted between 5 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Sunday due to widespread road closures across the city accommodating the event.

Affected routes include 504 King, 512 St. Clair and 85 Sheppard East.

The TTC said it is working to provide as many alternative travel options as possible and urged riders to check for service alerts and plan ahead. Diversion times may vary depending on the route, and extra travel time is recommended.
