Police said they aren’t looking for any other suspects in Wednesday’s shooting but are still investigating the possibility that others were involved in the weekend shootings.
There is no immediate threat to the public, officers said , but there was a large police presence in the neighbourhood. People were asked to avoid the area during the investigation.
The slew of gun violence in the area also comes after a Vaughan father and businessman was fatally shot during a home invasion in Kleinburg, Ont, on Aug. 31.
