York Regional Police are investigating three targeted shootings at homes in Vaughan in less than 24 hours.
Officers first responded to reports of a shooting at a home near around 6:20 a.m. on Saturday.
Early the next morning, officers responded to a call for gunshot sounds near around 4:20 a.m. on Sunday. At the scene, officers found a vehicle that had been shot.

Approximately 25 minutes later, at 4:45 a.m., police responded to another call for gunshot noises near . This time, two vehicles and the home were damaged.Â
In all three instances, a man was seen fleeing in a dark-coloured sedan and in the first incident, a man was “observed firing multiple rounds” at the house, police said .
Investigators believe the same sedan was at the scene of all three shootings and have “established a link” between two of them.
All three homes had people inside during the shootings but no injuries were reported.
The investigation is still ongoing and police are looking for additional video footage from the neighbourhoods or roadways.
