Police believe a woman wanted in Canada for second-degree murder may be in the º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøarea, the RCMP said Sunday.Â
RCMP Alberta are searching for Victoria Hilliard, 29, according to a .
Officials have charged Hilliard with second-degree murder in the December 2023 homicide of 42-year-old Mark O’Keefe in Fort McMurray, Alta., according to an RCMP news release sent to the Star. O’Keefe was found dead by officers on Dec. 12 when police responded to a call of a suspicious death near a highway turn off in the town.

A short time later, police received a call about a vehicle fire, also in Fort McMurray, which investigators believe may be connected.Â
Hilliard is described as 5’7 with blue eyes and blond hair, though she is known to change hair colour frequently, according to the release. She has many tattoos, including a mermaid on her left wrist, butterflies on her left forearm and a triple moon on her upper left forearm, according to the police description.
Police are warning anyone who spots Hilliard not to approach her, but instead to contact police immediately.
