Police launched an investigation into three male suspects who fled the scene.On Sept. 26, officers arrested the second suspect with the assistance of the London Police Service Emergency Response Unit. ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW He has has been charged with first-degree murder.The first suspect was arrested on Sept. 5 police said.Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, releasing the suspects names is prohibited.Police are still searching for a third suspect.
