Cole Burston THE CANADIAN PRESS By Kristjan LautensStaff Reporter Peel police are responding after a van was found submerged in Lake Ontario Friday morning.Officers told the Star their dive team and Mississauga Fire responded just after 6 a.m. to the incident in the area of Lakefront Promenade Park.Investigators have not found anybody in the van and cannot confirm how the vehicle ended up in the water. ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW Emergency crews are still on scene. Police say they were tipped off after receiving a call for “hazardous conditions.”This is a developing story. Kristjan Lautens is a staff reporter, working out of the Star’s radio room in Toronto.
