Police have charged one adult听with first-degree murder after a man died in a shooting in Scarborough on Monday night.听
海角社区官网police responded to reports of a shooting in the area of 听just after 10:20 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man, identified as听Shakur Clarke-Sargeant, 23,听who had been shot. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators听are still looking for another person in addition to the one who has been arrested,听though officers did not share details on either individual in an update around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.听
The person in custody has been charged with first-degree murder,听Det. Sgt. Phillip Campbell told reporters, adding investigators believe there was “planning and deliberation” involved in the incident.
The suspect was arrested in a highrise apartment complex around 11:30 a.m., Campbell said.
Clarke-Sargeant听had a rap career,听Campbell added.听He did not comment on whether the suspects knew Clarke-Sargeant, if a gun had been recovered and how many shots were fired.
“As we learn more, we will learn what the true relationship was, if there was one,鈥 he said.
