NEW YORK (AP) 鈥 鈥淭he Pitt鈥 won best drama series, and 鈥淭he Studio’’ set a record for most wins by a comedy series in a single season Sunday night at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards.

Stephen Colbert got the night鈥檚 first and possibly loudest standing ovation. The audience chanted his first name as he joked about needing to hand out his resume since Emmy host network CBS has canceled his show, effective next spring.
