“Financial landlords” in º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøare the most aggressive type of landlord when it comes to raising rent prices, a new study at the University of Waterloo has found.

The termÌýrefers specifically to corporations that use rental properties as a way to generate returns for investors, such as private equity firms, real estate investment trusts and asset managers.
