KINGSTON - A 15-year-old from Hamilton has been arrested after allegedly making hate-motivated threats toward a religious institution in Kingston, Ont.

Kingston police say officers were notified of threatening remarks that had been made over an instant messaging platform, including toward a “specific religious institution” in the city on Sept. 12.
