A woman is in hospital after she was found on the Gardiner Expressway with life-threatening injuries.
An off-duty º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøpolice officer found the woman in the westbound lanes near Dufferin Street around 2 a.m. on Sunday, according to º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøFire Services.
She was assessed at the scene and taken to hospital in life-threatening condition, º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøparamedics said.

Investigators are unsure exactly how the woman ended up on the roadway but said they received reports she either fell or jumped out of a moving vehicle.
Officers have since found the driver of the vehicle.
Police had shut down the westbound lanes of the Gardiner west of Spadina Avenue, but reopened them after 10 a.m. on Sunday.Â
