º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøpolice will be sharing more information Monday about the shooting of º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍørapper Shakur Clarke-Sargeant.
Det. Sgt. Phillip Campbell from the Homicide and Missing Persons Unit will update the media on the death of the 23-year-old that took place Sept. 15.
The news conference will be in the media gallery at º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøPolice Headquarters, and will be on YouTube at 1:30 p.m.

On Monday, September 22, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., Detective Sergeant Phillip Campbell, from the Homicide and Missing Persons Unit, will be updating the media on the homicide of Shakur Clarke-Sargeant, 23, that took place on September 15, 2025. The news conference will take place in the media gallery at º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøPolice Headquarters.
On Sept. 15, officers responded to a call about a shooting in the area of  around 10:30 p.m. They found Clarke-Sargeant, who had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.Â
Suspects fled the area before police arrived, investigators said at the time.Â
Shakur Clarke-Sargeant, 23, is Toronto’s 32nd homicide of 2025.
Police arrested one suspect, 21-year-old Jeavon Quashie of Toronto, and charged him with first-degree murder on Sept. 19.
At the time of that arrest, police were still seeking a second person in connection to the case. He was described as a Black man in his early 20s who was wearing dark clothing.
