EDMONTON - Alberta Premier Danielle Smith’s United Conservative government says it will fight hard to defend a court challenge to its school pronoun law.

鈥淎lberta鈥檚 government will vigorously defend our position in court,鈥 Heather Jenkins, press secretary to Justice Minister Mickey Amery, said in a statement after two LGBTQ+ advocacy groups officially filed the court challenge last week.
