Peak cherry blossom season听is here and restaurants all over the city are celebrating with delicious snacks and drinks.
“Sakura” means cherry blossom in Japanese, and in Japan, the blossoms represent spring and renewal. On the palate, they have a floral, slightly sweet taste, with a hint of bitterness: light, fresh and delicate.
