BURNABY - Delaney Pridham scored once and set up another as the Ottawa Rapid topped the Vancouver Rise 3-0 in Northern Super League action Saturday.
Stella Downing and Jazmine Wilkinson had the other goals for Ottawa (10-6-6).
The Rapid moved into second place in the overall standings with the victory, a point ahead of idle Montreal Roses.
Melissa Dagenais made eight saves for Ottawa.
Morgan McAslan stopped two shots in goal for Vancouver (9-7-5), which remains fourth in the table, 12 points up on the Calgary Wild for NSL’s fourth and final playoff spot.

Ottawa opened the scoring in the 37th minute when Downing bagged her first goal of the season. Pridham added her league-leading 18th in the 76th for a 2-0 lead before Wilkinson added her first seven minutes later.
