LOS ANGELES (AP) — LeBron James sprained a ligament in his left knee during the Los Angeles Lakers’ final playoff game, a person with knowledge of the injury told The Associated Press.

The person spoke on condition of anonymity Friday because the team and James didn’t make a public announcement two days after by the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games.
