This home at 84 Old Forest Hill Rd. is back on the market for a third time since 2023 as Toronto’s real estate activity picks up this spring.

The Forest Hill property has already drawn renewed interest, with nearly 20 real estate agents attending the first agent open house, according to the listing agents.

With shifting economic conditions and increased interest from U.S. buyers, the property’s relisting comes at a time when luxury real estate demand may be rising, the listing reads.

Why the price? 

With its nearly $17-million price tag, this home is one of the most expensive listings in the neighbourhood. 

Two weeks ago, a four-plus-one-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on Old Forest Hill Road . In December, a five-plus-two bedroom, seven-bathroom South Forest Hill home sold for $12,225,000, .

“Unlike some homes that have seen price reductions, our approach is to just stay with our price,” Oxley said. “When the right buyer comes along, we’re prepared to work with them and hopefully come to terms that works for both sides.”
