With 216 of 216 polls reporting, incumbent Parm Bains, of the Liberal Party, is projected to be re-elected in Richmond East—Steveston. As of 4:22 p.m., Bains has 25,705 of 53,054 votes (48.45%).

Zach Segal, of the Conservative Party, is in second place with 24,605 votes (46.38%) and Keefer Pelech, of the New Democratic Party, is in third with 2,245 votes (4.23%).
