Woman dies after she was found wounded in a vehicle near High Park
The woman, in her 20s, was discovered Friday evening near Glenlake and High Park avenues. Police said she had an interaction with a male, who was seen leaving the area.
Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a woman found injured inside a vehicle near High Park Friday evening.
º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøpolice say they found the wounded woman, in her 20s, near  avenues around 5:50 p.m. She was rushed to hospital where she was pronounced dead, just before 7:45 p.m.
“At this time we do not have any information that led to the incident. I can tell you the victim was having an interaction with a male and that male was seen leaving the area,” Duty Insp. Errol Watson told reporters at a news conference near the scene late on Friday night.Â

The duty inspector said police do not have a description of the suspect.Â
“We are speaking with witnesses and canvassing the area for video footage to better understand what occurred,” Watson added.Â
Watson sidestepped questions about the nature of the woman’s injuries, only saying that police are still very early in their investigation.
Officers were initially alerted to the harmed woman when someone contacted them, according to Shannon Eames, a media relations officer with º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøpolice.Â
Watson said investigators are seeking the public’s help and asked anyone with information to call them at 416-808-2222.
