Eduardo Lima METRONEWS By Kristjan LautensStaff Reporter East-end commuters be warned, the TTC is shutting down subway service to a seven-station stretch along Line Two (Bloor-Danforth) this weekend. There will be no service between Woodbine and Broadview stations, all day Saturday May 17 and Sunday May 18 while the commission works on the tracks. Shuttle buses will run all weekend, according to the TTC. All the stations along that stretch, other than Chester, will stay open for riders to buy fares and connect to surface routes, the TTC said.
