First responders responded to an incident at Ìý²Ô±ð²¹°ù on Monday morning.
The teen suffered serious injuries, Peel police told the Star. The individual was taken to a local hospital and then airlifted to a trauma centre.

The teen is a grade nine student at the school and was riding a bike through the parking lot when they were hit, Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board representative Bruce Campbell told the Star.Â

Many students may have witnessed the collision and emergency services treating the teenager, which will be upsetting for some, Campbell said. Students are encouraged to connect with any member of the school’s administration or student support services team for help.
The teen’s parents have been notified and the driver remained at the scene, police said.Â
