Police make arrest after video shows man pushing shopping cart into Danforth bike lane, knocking cyclist over

A 47-year-old man has been charged with mischief endangering life, assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.

A screenshot from a video posted on X that showed a man shoving an empty shopping cart into the lane on Danforth Avenue on Tuesday morning. 


º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøpolice have made an arrest after a video circulating online showed a man pushing a shopping cart into a Danforth Avenue bike lane, striking an e-bike rider and knocking them over Tuesday morning. 

Video of the incident, which was at Danforth Avenue near Monarch Park Avenue, was , a local biking advocate and lawyer.
