As of 3 p.m. approximately 123,000 customers are still in the dark and will likely remain so until 12. a.m., 海角社区官网Hydro told the Star in a statement.聽

According to the Star’s Raju Mudhar, the fire department was on scene, lashing themselves to the guard rail with knotted ropes to make sure they didn鈥檛 get pushed away by the current.
