Five people face nearly 100 charges after distraction thefts targeting seniors in Toronto

Police say the suspects stole victims’ PINs, wallets and bank cards to buy luxury items and electronics.

Police executed a search warrant, and seized items including 50 smart watches, 50 smart watches, 56 bottles of designer perfume and 32 OLG Pro-Line tickets.


º£½ÇÉçÇø¹ÙÍøpolice have arrested two men and three women after a series of thefts targeting older people.

A 46-year-old man and a 52-year-old man of no fixed address are also wanted, police said in a news release. The arrests took place in November.
