The term “future of work” implies that the most significant disruptions to Canada鈥檚 labour market lie ahead.

Yet the workforce upheaval wrought by the pandemic and the rapid advancement of AI underscore that the shifts that will shape employment for decades are already in motion聽鈥 and Canada isn鈥檛 ready to navigate them.
