SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) 鈥 Tensions continued to escalate in Game 4 of the first-round NHL playoff series between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Florida Panthers.

Tampa Bay’s Brandon Hagel was knocked out of on Monday night following a high hit from Aaron Ekblad, four days after Hagel sent out of Game 2 with a late blow.
