Three of the Canadian cardinals who participated in the conclave to elect the new pope will be addressing media at the Pontifical Canadian College in Rome on Friday, said Neil MacCarthy, communications director for the Archdiocese of Toronto, who is on a rooftop in Rome.

“They just finished dinner with the new pope at the residence where they’re all staying, the Sanctae Marthae,” said MacCarthy, referring to the guest house in Vatican City. “They’re all pretty tired.”
