Developers behind Mirvish Village, the massive mixed-use development replacing the iconic Honest Ed’s store and nearby retail, hopes it can keep some of the area’s eccentric vibe through micro retail spaces at its new Honest Ed’s Alley.听


At Bloor and Bathurst, where landmark discount store Honest Ed鈥檚 once stood, there鈥檚 an inviting streetscape reminiscent of the buzzing back alleys of Tokyo.听

A flower shop, a whimsical gelato cart and a dive bar with a neon sign are among the shops lining a narrow street packed with听people.
