OTTAWA - Prime Minister Mark Carney promised to “think big” and lead a government that represents all Canadians in his victory speech following Monday’s election.

OTTAWA - Prime Minister Mark Carney promised to “think big” and lead a government that represents all Canadians in his victory speech following Monday’s election.

Carney led the Liberals to a fourth mandate and said Canada’s strength relies on working together as a country.
