With 237 of 238 polls reporting, Leslie Church, of the Liberal Party, is projected to win in Toronto—St. Paul’s. As of 11:19 a.m., Church has 42,668 of 68,928 votes (61.9%).

Incumbent Don Stewart, of the Conservative Party, is in second place with 22,767 votes (33.03%) and Bruce Levy, of the New Democratic Party, is in third with 2,430 votes (3.53%).
