With 168 of 169 polls reporting, incumbent Sukh Dhaliwal, of the Liberal Party, is projected to be re-elected in Surrey Newton. As of 1:45 p.m., Dhaliwal has 20,006 of 40,491 votes (49.41%).

Harjit Singh Gill, of the Conservative Party, is in second place with 17,847 votes (44.08%) and Raj Singh Toor, of the New Democratic Party, is in third with 2,424 votes (5.99%).
