With 223 of 255 polls reporting, incumbent Charles Sousa, of the Liberal Party, is projected to be re-elected in Mississauga—Lakeshore. As of 11:58 p.m., Sousa has 19,633 of 39,427 votes (49.8%).

Tom Ellard, of the Conservative Party, is in second place with 18,112 votes (45.94%) and Evelyn Butler, of the New Democratic Party, is in third with 896 votes (2.27%).
