That was the message city Coun. Shelley Carroll delivered at a conference Tuesday in the French capital that examined the impact of last summer鈥檚 Paris Olympic Games and looked ahead to the 2026 World Cup, which will be jointly hosted by the U.S., Canada and Mexico, and the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
