The government agency is telling residents in the region to cover up their plants and trees through the night as patchy frost could possibly return Tuesday morning. 

The advisories get issued by the agency when temperatures are forecast to come in below the freezing mark during growing season which would damage or wipe out plants and crops. 

Many of the areas under the advisory are still expected to see temperatures near the 20s during the day on Monday, with lows expected to hover around 0.
