The products in question are the Leatherman Charge Plus and Charge Plus TTi multi-tools. The tip of the knife may not fully hold into the handle, posing a laceration threat to users, Health Canada said. However, as of Sept. 10, Leatherman hasn’t received any reports of injuries in Canada.Â
Leatherman reported selling 891 of the affected multi-tools in Canada between July 2024 and March 30. The knives are made in Portland, Oregon.Â

People are advised to immediately stop using the recalled products and to check Leatherman’s website to determine whether their model is affected. If so, they can arrange for a free repair.Â
