A scene from the premiere of 鈥淩eacher鈥 Season 3 has Caledon viewers doing a double take.聽
A few minutes into the episode of the high-octane show, audiences are introduced to Zachary Beck, a wealthy businessman with a questionable character.
Jack Reacher is then taken to Beck’s mansion and the establishing shot shows a grandiose estate sitting atop a cliff along a handsome shoreline. The sprawling property may look familiar to some in Ontario.

That鈥檚 because Beck鈥檚 mansion, located on the Maine coast, is actually the .
The 14,000-square-foot luxury estate sits on 165 acres of land nestled in the town鈥檚 Pulpit Ridge area, about 40 to 50 minutes from Toronto.
The property doesn’t sit on a shoreline and doesn’t have some of the elements you might see in the actual scenes of the show, like a guard house, so the production team had to piece together bits from other locations to make the place look novel-accurate.聽

Lead actor Alan Ritchson, who plays聽Jack Reacher, and his crew had to travel from Brantford, Ont. where most of the show鈥檚 scenes 鈥 including the opening ones 鈥 were filmed. They also travelled from Toronto, where major city skyline scenes were shot.
Town of Millbrook, Hamilton, Bayfront Studios
In Episode 3, eagle-eyed Ontario fans also spotted the 聽where Reacher and Zachary Beck’s son, Richard Beck, were shown driving to a town鈥檚 toy store. Richard is then seen walking across King Street in downtown Millbrook.聽
The TV adaptation of the hugely popular Lee Child novel and movie franchise also frequented Hamilton to shoot some scenes.
Some indoor and outdoor sequences for Season 3 were shot in on Queen Street North.聽, a popular Winona landmark along Highway 8 in Stoney Creek, also served as a set for the show.聽
鈥楻eacher鈥 seasons 1 and 2 famous Ontario shooting locations
In previous seasons, many towns across Ontario served as a backdrop for Ritchson and his team. ,聽for example, hosted the crew as they filmed inside the Piano Inn and Cafe. The downtown Port Perry caf茅 was transformed into a bar for the big bar fight scene in Season 2.

In Pickering, the served as the main filming site for the first season. The town of Margrave, Ont., where Reacher landed in Season 1, was a temporary village built in a corn field just outside .

In Oshawa, an abandoned seemed to have been brought to life back in February 2023 when crews brought new buses for the cameras.
Some pool shots were done in a decommissioned pool in . Many fans were also quick to spot Scarborough鈥檚 Maple Leaf Motel in Season 1. And a few scenes for the first season were also shot in .
And just this week, the City of Pickering issued a for the , a new 鈥淩eacher鈥 spinoff.
