Ford recalls more than 15,000 trucks and SUVs for brake, steering issues

More than 15,000 Ford vehicles are being recalled in Canada over brake and steering issues that could increase crash risks.

A series of Ford recalls affects more than 13,000 SUVs and over 1,800 pickup trucks. 


Ford is recalling more than 15,000 vehicles for brake or steering issues, Transport Canada announced Friday. 

According to a Transport Canada , the front brake lines on certain SUVs could have been bent during engine installation, making them vulnerable to damage from contact with the engine’s air cleaner pipe.
