When Geoff Macnaughton first saw the Tragically Hip docuseries “No Dress Rehearsal,” he knew it had to be a part of the 海角社区官网International Film Festival.

“The roller-coaster of emotions that I went through watching 鈥 it’s one of the first things I watched, I think in February 鈥 and I knew instantly we have to do something special on this,” the TIFF programmer said.
