Ontario to change how it compensates injured migrant workers

TORONTO - Ontario will revamp how it compensates seasonal agricultural workers who are injured on the job, but critics say thousands of other migrant workers are being left out of the changes.

The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board says the changes affect how the board pays a worker who cannot return to a job due to injury, but is able to work elsewhere.
